Role: Senior Designer

Salary: £40,000 - £47,000 DOE

Our client, a leading creative agency, is on the lookout for a Senior Designer who can bring fresh perspectives to every project. If you're a strategic thinker with a keen eye for design, this is the role for you!

Essential Skills:

** Over 7 years of professional design experience with a focus on branding, digital, and print design

** Proven ability to shape the visual direction of a brand, crafting engaging narratives that resonate with target audiences

** Expertise in Figma, Adobe XD, and After Effects alongside proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.

** Understanding of user experience principles and designing interfaces that are both aesthetically pleasing and highly functional.

** Ability to clearly articulate design concepts to stakeholders, making complex ideas accessible and inspiring.

** Experience working closely with copywriters, developers, and marketing teams to deliver cohesive, multi-channel campaigns.

** Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met.

** Up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies, always ready to bring fresh ideas to the table.

** Quick thinker who can navigate challenges and adjust designs based on constructive feedback.

** Must enjoy guiding and developing junior designers, fostering a collaborative and innovative team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

** Lead the development of new brand concepts, including brand guidelines, visual identity systems, and asset libraries.

** Design and oversee the creation of digital assets, including social media graphics, email templates, and banner ads that drive engagement.

** Act as the main point of contact for design projects, presenting concepts and revisions directly to clients and incorporating their feedback.

** Develop motion graphics and animations to elevate marketing content across various digital platforms.

** Create interactive prototypes for websites and apps, providing a tangible vision of the final product for clients and stakeholders.

** Establish and maintain design systems that streamline workflows and ensure brand consistency.

** Conduct research to inform design decisions, staying ahead of competitors by identifying trends and opportunities.

** Maintain a high standard of quality across all design work, conducting thorough checks before final delivery.

** Review the effectiveness of design projects post-launch, using data insights to refine future work.
