As a Customer Service Executive, you will be responsible for:
Managing and resolving customer queries, including complaints, delivery, and picking errors
Being the first point of contact for incoming calls
Collaborating with various departments
Processing orders
Following procedures for each task and process, including logging, processing, and progress checking inquiries
