A great opportunity for an experienced IT Analyst to join a global manufacturers in ensuring all site systems are supported and running!
What you'll be doing day-to-day:

1st-3rd line support for the site and shopfloor
Hardware/ laptop/ desktop installations, configs, and fixtures
1st point of contact for complex issues
Server, backup, and domain management
Software support: Microsoft environment and SAP for their ERP
Wi-Fi and device management
Project work
Weekly alternating shifts: M-T 6am till 2pm/ 2pm till 11.30pm F- half daysExperience required to succeed:

Minimum of 3 years' working in an IT Analyst role
Proficient providing 1st-3rd Line support
Up to date knowledge of Windows platforms
Demonstrable experience in networking - switches and routers
Backups - VEEAM / Wasabi Cloud
Storage solutions- RAID/ SAN/ NAS
Supported an ERP - ideally SAP
