Salary: Up to 30k (15% annual bonus)

About the Role:As an Operations Assistant, you’ll be the backbone of our day-to-day activities. You’ll work closely with the operations team to ensure smooth business processes, manage administrative tasks, and provide critical support across departments. Your work will directly impact our ability to deliver exceptional service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the coordination and execution of daily operational tasks as a operations assistant
Maintain and update records, databases, and inventory systems.
Liaise with internal teams to support project timelines and deliverables as a operations assistant 
Provide administrative support, including scheduling meetings and managing correspondence.
Help identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions.
Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation as required.Qualifications & Skills:
