My client is looking for an Internal Sales Executive, who will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with their customers, providing them with exceptional service and support. You will play a key role in driving sales and contributing to the overall success of the team.

Key Responsibilities:

* Conduct both inbound and outbound sales calls with a positive and professional attitude

* Oversee customer accounts and develop strong, lasting relationships

* Seek out and capitalise on new sales opportunities

* Offer detailed product information and assist customers with their inquiries

* Accurately process orders in a timely manner

* Consistently achieve and surpass sales goals

* Work together with team members to support overall business objectives

* Keep thorough and precise records within CRM system

Skills and Qualifications:

* At least 2 year of experience in an office setting

* Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage and prioritise tasks efficiently

* Strong verbal and written communication abilities

* Confident and customer-oriented phone demeanour

* Proficient in office software and CRM platforms

* Capable of working both independently and collaboratively within a team environment
