SENIOR SALES NEGOTIATOR / LISTER – Residential Estate Agency

Location: Basingstoke, Hampshire

Salary: OTE £40- 45k

Position: Permanent – Full Time

An established Estate & Lettings Agency based in the Basingstoke area are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Negotiator / Lister to help build the sales team and increase the business share of this well-known and highly visible brand.

The ideal candidate for this position will have a proven track record of success in estate agency and extensive experience under their belt; they will also be an instruction winner who is energetic, driven, proactive, self-motivated and have an excellent ability to build up a quick rapport with the clients.

The perfect candidate will have at least 2 years’ previous experience in Estate Agency and be looking for a career changing role.  Knowledge of the Southampton area would clinch the deal!

Skills: The skills required for this Senior Sales Negotiator / Lister role will include:

Previous residential sales experience essential
Experience in valuations and gaining instructions
NFOPP qualification a benefit (not essential)
Articulate and with excellent inter-personal skills
High level of customer service skills
Great telephone manner and positive attitude
Exceptionally well-presented, ambitious and self-motivated
Knowledge of Southampton and surrounding area helpful
Full Driving License essential and own car preferred
Thoroughly professional approach to Estate Agency
