Job Title: Fire Door Installer

Employment Type: Immediate Start, Continuous Contract

Location: Great Yarmouth

Support: DIGS PROVIDED

Role Description:

* Install Pre Hung, Gerda SHR FED’s, Riser, Store, and Communal doors in tenanted properties.

* Remove existing doorsets, install new doorsets, and firestop between the frame and substrate with Rockwool/mastic capping.

* Finish installations with PVC trims, seal with silicone, and clean work area.

* Record all work completed on personal phone with application installed (using One Trace).

* Collect doors from central storage location and transport waste back to the lockup for disposal in an on-site skip after work completed within a 2-mile radius.

Requirements:

* Proven experience with door installations, especially in occupied properties.

* Ability to complete two installations per day.

* Own tools and Van

* Commitment to quality finishes and resident satisfaction.

Compensation & Benefits:

* Day Rate: £210 CIS

* Accommodation: Subsidised digs available for the right candidates.

* Working Hours: Standard 8-hour days; additional hours compensated if installations extend beyond typical working time.
