Commercial Insurance Full Time, Office based, Bedford

Are you an experienced salesperson looking for a new opportunity with uncapped commission and career progression? This role offers personal development, industry recognised training plus bonus of £1,000 paid on completion and uncapped earnings.

One of the UK’s Top 100 Insurance Brokers with offices in Bedford needs experienced Sales Executives to join established teams. You will be making outbound calls to warm leads selling insurance products to business.

General duties:

* Working on warm sales leads generated by a closely linked telemarketing team

* Selling market-leading insurance products to prospective clients

* Retaining repeat business at times through excellent service standards

Commission/Bonuses/Benefits

* 8% commission on all new business

The next year at renewal, if the client renews you will earn 8% of the renewal (Many times the clients premiums increase due to growth). The renewal sell is conducted by dedicated renewals team giving our Sales Executive the opportunity to focus on new sales. Current retention rates are 90% across the business.

Consistency bonus scheme

If you hit target 2 months in a row you earn an extra £100, 3 months £200 and 4 months £750 and you will be paid £750 a month for every month where you hit afterwards.

* £30,000 + bonus
