Eclectic Recruitment is delighted to be partnering with an innovative growing law firm in East London looking for a Family Solicitor to join the expanding Family Team. You will be working closely with the senior partners in a fast-paced supportive environment. Job title: Family Law Solicitor

Salary: £35,000 – £40,000

Location: East London (office based, free parking)

Hours: Full-time

Main responsibilities:

* Manage a varied caseload, advising clients on but not limited to divorce, separation, child custody and legal aid cases.

* Ensure the best interests of children and vulnerable clients are prioritised.

* Advise clients on legal processes, rights, and options available to them.

* Negotiate financial settlements, asset division, and spousal maintenance.

* Represent clients in court hearings and family law proceedings.

* Provide support and guidance to clients involved in complex situations.

* Maintain strong client relationships and manage cases efficiently.

* Handle sensitive and complex legal matters with professionalism and care.

* Provide support and guidance for the junior team members

Candidate specification:

* Experience as a Family Solicitor

* Qualified as a Solicitor

* Excellent IT skills

* Excellent written and verbal skills

* Outstanding organisation skills
