We are looking for a skilled Wirer to join our team on a 3-month contract in Slough. The successful candidate will play a key role in wiring heavy-duty assemblies and racks, ensuring precise and high-quality connections.

Key Responsibilities:

Wire heavy-duty assemblies and racks according to detailed specifications.
Perform crimping, looming, and termination work with accuracy and precision.
Execute point-to-point wiring based on diagrams and instructions.
Work with various types of connectors, including a range of plugs, sockets, and small to large connectors.
Assemble harnesses in line with design requirements.
Carry out both single-phase and 3-phase wiring tasks as needed.
Interpret and follow wiring drawings and technical instructions accurately.
Utilise heavy-duty crimping tools to ensure reliable connections.Qualifications and Requirements:

Electrical qualifications, ideally to 18th Edition Level.
Proven experience in wiring, particularly with heavy-duty assemblies and rack systems.
Skilled in crimping, looming, and termination techniques.
Experience in point-to-point wiring and handling various connectors.
Proficient in reading and interpreting wiring drawings and instructions.
Competent in using heavy-duty crimping tools.
Previous experience with outside broadcast wiring is a plus
