About the Position for Electrical Design Engineer

H & B Recruitment are working with a well know client who is Northeast based looking for a Design Engineer Electrical 3 years experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES: Electrical Design Engineer

Design and validation of electrical panels and control systems for purifiers, manifold and vacuum system.
Selection of pressure and temperature sensors and switches.
The maintenance and continuous improvement of existing product with electrical control systems.
To participate in projects when required, providing competent Engineering support on electrical.
The production and maintenance of technical documentation, including CAD drawings, BOM,
technical files, design calculations, technical specifications, test data, etc.
Continuous interrogation of product and components to identify and implement cost savings and
Product approvals and all mandatory legislation compliance, such as EMC and low voltage safety.Electrical Design Engineer

Professional Requirements: Electrical Design Engineer

As an experienced Electrical Design Engineer, you will be technically strong and will ideally have a
relevant bachelor's degree (with an Electrical bias)
At least 3 years in similar Engineering design role within a manufacturing environment.
Strong abilities in, detail design and problem-solving techniques
Strong CAD background and being able to populate the circuit diagram with AutoCAD.
Proficient MS Office User (particularly Word, Excel and MS Project)
Experienced in technical report writing, such as technical specifications and verification report.
Ability to communicate and deliver technical information at all levels, both internally and supplier facing
