We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Personal Assistant (PA) to provide comprehensive support to a busy professional. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, efficient, and capable of managing a variety of tasks with professionalism and discretion.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage calendars, appointments, and schedules
Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls
Organise travel arrangements and itineraries
Assist with personal errands and tasks as needed
Write and distribute meeting minutes accurately and promptly
Maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive informationQualifications:
Strong organisational and multitasking skills
Excellent written and verbal communication
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Experience in writing minutes for meetings
Discretion and professionalism
