Location: Lincs 
Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 + 15% SMART objectives-based bonus paid quarterly
⏰ Hours: Full-time

Your Daily Impact:

Manage care homes in the absence of a Home Manager
Support and mentor Home Managers across locations
Assist with new home integrations and growth initiatives
Document and enhance processes to increase occupancy and improve care

Essential Experience:

NVQ 3 in Care (or equivalent); willingness to study for NVQ 5/7.
Registered Manager with experience navigating a CQC inspection.
Minimum one year as a Home Manager in an elderly care setting.
