Job Description

We are currently seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Primary Supply Teacher to join our team on a temporary basis. This role is perfect for a passionate educator who thrives in a variety of classroom settings and is committed to making a positive impact on students' learning and development.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality teaching and learning to primary school students across different year groups.
Implement lesson plans and activities that meet the needs of all students.
Manage classroom behavior effectively to ensure a safe and productive learning environment.
Adapt quickly to different classroom settings and school policies.
Work collaboratively with permanent teaching staff to ensure continuity in students' education.
Maintain accurate records of students’ progress and report to relevant stakeholders.
Requirements

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
Proven experience working as a Primary Teacher, preferably in a supply role.
Strong classroom management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Flexibility and adaptability to work in different classroom environments.
A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
