We are currently recruiting on behalf of a forward-thinking eLearning Provider fora Senior Administrator (Finance and Customer Service).

Job Purpose

We're looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Senior Administrator to oversee administrative operations, manage basic financial tasks, and provide exceptional support to our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in admin, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

*Administrative Support*

- Provide administrative assistance to senior management and team members

- Manage office operations, including supplies, equipment, and facilities

- Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and events

- Develop and implement administrative processes and procedures

*Financial Management*

- Manage and process financial transactions, including invoices, payments, and expenses

*Communication and Collaboration*

- Communicate effectively with colleagues, stakeholders, and external partners

*Other Responsibilities*

- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion

- Stay up-to-date with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements

- Participate in special projects and tasks as assigned by management

Requirements:

- 3+ years of experience in administration, finance, or a related field

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook

- Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
