Quantity Surveyor - Reading - £250 million project

Our client, a large main contractor are recruiting for an Intermediate or Project Quantity Surveyor to work on prestigious Mechanical & Electrical projects. This is an excellent opportunity to join a top tier contractor with a strong order book of work, offering a good work life balance & good career progression opportunities. The hiring manager is open on sector background, this role is more about the personality & principles of the Quantity Surveyor.

Location:

Reading, Berkshire / Working from home.

They will pay for you to lodge away once a week if you live over £50 miles away.

Remuneration:

£40,000 - £60,000 per annum plus benefits

The role:

The successful Intermediate Quantity Surveyor or Project Quantity Surveyor will be working on a large multidisciplinary project with a focus on high tech Mechanical & Electrical.

Requirements:

- Quantity Surveying experience
- Strong contractual knowledge ideally within either NEC or JCT
- Excellent interpersonal skills
