About the Role:
As a Services Manager, you will:
- Lead a team using a coaching model to promote independence and quality care.
- Work closely with the people we support and their families to ensure effective communication and high-quality support.
- Manage budgets and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Drive improvement and quality assurance across services, with a focus on high standards.
About You:
We’re looking for candidates who can demonstrate:
- Skills in coaching, team development, and person-centred support
- Confidence in managing budgets, compliance, and operations
- Commitment to quality assurance and continuous improvement in service delivery
- 3-5 years in social care with strong knowledge of autism and introductory understanding of Studio III’s Low Arousal Approach
- SVQ Level 4 in Health/Social Care or equivalent, with management experience.
