Location: Liverpool Street, London (4 days per week in-office)

We are looking for an ambitious and motivated individual to join our team as a Trainee Mortgage Advisor. Key Responsibilities:

* Assist in managing the mortgage application process from start to finish, ensuring compliance with regulations.

* Provide initial advice and support to clients, helping them understand their mortgage options.

* Work closely with experienced advisors to gain handson experience in client consultations.

* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, lenders, and other stakeholders.

* Stay up to date with mortgage products, services, and industry regulations.

* Develop the skills necessary to qualify as a Mortgage Advisor through training and study support (e.g., CeMAP qualification).

Requirements:

* Strong interest in starting a career in financial services or mortgages.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

* Highly organized and detail oriented.

* Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced environment.

* Willingness to undertake training and achieve CeMAP or equivalent qualifications.

* Proactive and eager to learn, with a professional attitude
