We need a Production Operative for a company based in Henstridge, Templecombe, Somerset.

Operate a selection of manual and CNC-based machinery for metal processing. Training will be provided for allocate machinery relevant on the level of skill set

Process steel to customers’ requirements and tolerances. Work within the company’s quality system to ensure the full traceability of customer orders.

You have the choice of three shift options depending on which schedule suits you best.

* Day shift: (40 hours per week): Monday to Friday (06:00 - 14:00) Day Shift: £23,800 - £30,000 per annum

* Mid shift: (40 hours per week): Monday to Friday (14:00 – 22:00) Mid Shift: £27,370 - £34,500 per annum

* Night shift: (40 hours per week): Sunday to Thursday (22:00 – 06:00) Night Shift: £30,940- £39,000 per annum

Salary:

Dependent on experience/moving onto shift, plus benefits, plus discretionary bonus. The salary ranges mentioned include the shift premium where applicable. Pre-authorised overtime is available at a time and a half after 40 hours.

There will be a health and safety site introduction when starting the company. All training will be done on the day shift. After completing the training, you will be allocated to your agreed working shift pattern.
