Working as a Telesales Administrator for our client your duties will be:
Making outbound calls to new and existing clients
Handling inbound calls
Maintain and develop customer relationships
Process orders
Provide admin support to the Sales team
Liaise with external companies
Essential Skills
As a Telesales Administrator it is essential that you:
Previous telesales experience
Good communication skills
Comfortable making B2B and B2C calls
Attention to detail
Proficient with Microsoft packages, such as Word/Excel/etc
Desirable Skills
Previous administration skills or related field
Training
All training provided and additional support throughout
