We are seeking a talented and ambitious Mortgage & Protection Adviser to join our dynamic team in SL1 Buckinghamshire/ Berkshire borders.

**The Role:**

As a Mortgage & Protection Adviser, you will:

* Provide expert mortgage and protection advice to clients, guiding them through the entire process from initial enquiry to completion.

* Conduct thorough client assessments to understand their financial circumstances and needs.

* Research and recommend suitable mortgage and protection products from a wide range of lenders and providers.

* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, lenders, and insurers.

* Ensure all advice is compliant with regulatory requirements.

* Generate new business through referrals and networking.

* Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records.

* Stay informed about industry trends and product developments.

**What We're Looking For:**

* CeMAP (or equivalent) qualification is essential.

* Proven track record of success in a mortgage and protection advisory role.

* Excellent knowledge of the mortgage and insurance market.

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

* Ability to build rapport and trust with clients.

* Highly organised and detail oriented.

* Self-motivated and target-driven.

* A commitment to providing exceptional customer service.

* Experience with CRM systems.
