What You’ll Do

* Be the first point of contact for potential tenants—whether by phone, email, or in person

* Secure reservations off-plan to minimise empty property time

* Use your lettings or sales experience to find the perfect tenants

* Ensure applicants meet criteria before progressing to referencing

* Build relationships and maintain an up-to-date customer database

* Bring fresh ideas to boost occupancy and enhance our brand

Who We’re Looking For

* A people person who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

* Passionate about property and delivering an exceptional customer experience

* Ideally, experienced in property lettings or sales

* IT-savvy with great communication skills

* Holds a Full UK Driving License
