Join a Leading Hazardous Waste Management Company

Our client is an independent hazardous waste company with ambitious plans for growth and development. Specializing in hazardous waste management and recycling, including electrical waste disposal and asbestos removal, they are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead a small, technically focused sales team and manage key accounts.

The Role:

As a Sales Manager, you will:

* Lead and develop a specialist hazardous waste sales team

* Manage and expand key client accounts, ensuring contract retention

* Build strong relationships with new and existing customers

* Drive revenue growth and contribute to the company’s commercial objectives

* Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and industry standards

What We’re Looking For:

* Industry Expertise – Minimum 3 years’ experience in hazardous waste sales, ideally with a relevant qualification

* Leadership Skills – Prior experience managing a sales team is preferred, but we welcome ambitious candidates looking to step up

* Client Management – Proven history of key account management with strong negotiation skills

* Communication & Compliance – Excellent written and verbal skills, with a strong attention to detail for compliance with environmental legislation

* Tech-Savvy – Proficient in Microsoft Office and industry-specific software

* Self-Motivation – Proactive, organized, and able to work independently

* Driving Licence – Ideally a clean UK driving licence
