Build and maintain strong relationships with UK Government clients to understand their staffing needs.
Identify and attract top talent with relevant experience through targeted channels.
Conduct screening interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and fit for roles within government organisations.
Focus on winning new business and developing your own existing accounts to expand the client base.
Stay informed about industry trends and regulatory changes to provide valuable insights to clients and candidates.Who We're Looking For:
Previous experience in Sales/Customer based roles is beneficial, but not essential.
Professionals with a strong business acumen and ambition to succeed.
