Position: Interior Designer / Project Manager

Panorama Interior Ltd is now looking for an Interior Designer to join their team, who will manage the designs of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

* Collaborate with clients and builders on-site, responding promptly to requests

* Ensure designs are regularly updated in writing, with all changes documented

* Liaise with builders to explain design elements and drawings

* Select and specify materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and accessories for each project

* Identify and address any snags or discrepancies between designs and on-site conditions

* Ensure timely delivery of all materials

* Keep the office-based design team updated with daily results or changes on-site

Experience Required:

* Previous experience in a similar role within an Interior Design office

* Proficiency in reading and interpreting drawings

* Ability to update project schedules and manage budgets

* Experience in purchasing and ordering materials

* Strong project management skills

* Effective communication skills for working with clients and team members

* Attention to detail and the ability to work independently

Skills:

* Strong communication skills

* Analytical skills

* Intermediate computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Photoshop (Revit, AutoCAD, and 3Ds Max are a plus, but not required)

* Problem-solving abilities

* Valid driving license

Job Details:

* Job Type: Full-time

* Pay: £35,000.00 - £40,000.00 per year
