Site Manager Opportunity – Residential Construction 

We are looking for an experienced Site Manager to join our team for a permanent role starting in the New Year. Based in Northampton, this is a fantastic opportunity to work on high-quality residential projects with a competitive salary of £60k - £65k plus an attractive package.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage all site activities for residential construction projects
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
Lead and motivate site teams, including subcontractors and trades
Maintain excellent communication with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders
Manage and monitor project progress, reporting to senior management

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Site Manager in residential construction
Strong leadership and organizational skills
In-depth knowledge of health and safety regulations
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure
Relevant qualifications (SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid)
