CNC Miller – Night Shift

Location: Bradford

Pay: £20 – £22 per hour (depending on experience)

Shift: Monday to Thursday, 15:45 – 02:00

A well-established precision engineering company in Bradford is seeking an experienced CNC Miller Programmer/Setter to join their night shift team. This is a long-term opportunity with a stable business, working on low to medium volume precision components in a clean and well-equipped environment.

The Role:

Programming and setting CNC milling machines (Haas)

Operating with Fanuc and Haas controls

Producing precision parts to detailed engineering drawings

Maintaining high-quality standards with minimal supervision

Option to go on-call on weekends, with a £100 standby payment (regardless of call-out) and standard hourly rate paid for any call-out hours worked

What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience programming and setting CNC milling machines

Confident using Haas and Fanuc controls

Ability to interpret and work from engineering drawings

Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality work
