We are recruiting on behalf of an industry-leading external mortgage firm, seeking an ambitious and skilled New Build Mortgage Advisor to support clients in securing the best mortgage options for newly constructed homes. If you have a deep understanding of new build mortgages and enjoy working in a dynamic, client-focused environment, this is the perfect opportunity for you.
Key Responsibilities:

Deliver expert mortgage advice tailored specifically for new build properties.
Work closely with clients to guide them through the mortgage process from start to finish.
Stay informed on the latest mortgage products and competitive interest rates for new build homes.
Offer advice on Help to Buy, Shared Ownership, and First-Time Buyer schemes.
Collaborate with developers and lenders to ensure clients receive the best possible mortgage solutions.
Provide ongoing support and updates to clients throughout the process to ensure a seamless experience. Requirements:

Fully CeMAP qualified (or equivalent).
Proven experience in mortgage advising, specifically in the new build sector.
Deep knowledge of affordable housing schemes, government initiatives, and mortgage protection products.
Exceptional customer service skills with a strong ability to build and maintain relationships.
Able to manage a high caseload and work within a fast-paced, results-driven environment. Benefits:
