Our client, a Motor Trade group based in Stansted, is on the lookout for an experienced SMART Repair Technician / Alloy Wheel Technician to join their busy team. If you hold the right experience and would like a new challenge within the trade – this could be your next role! Please apply today.
Duties & Responsibilities:
* To examine vehicles to identify additional work for repair, liaising with the Service Manager to obtain permission to proceed
* To carry out wheel refurbishments
* To carry out cosmetic paint repairs
* To carry out seat fabric repairs
* To carry out minor dent removals
* To clearly document all work performed ensuring that times are recorded accurately and within agreed timeframes
* To take care of vehicles whilst being worked on
* To adhere to health and safety requirements and maintain a tidy workstation
Your Background & Skill:
* You will have a minimum of 1 years’ experience in the industry, working on basic and complex small to medium repairs
* You need a good work ethic and need to be a team player.
* You will have a valid clean UK Driving Licence
