Job Title: Estimator

Location: Oldham

Salary: TBC depending on experience

Red Rock Consultants are recruiting for an Estimator to work on hospitality fitout projects.

Key Responsibilities:

* To prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for hospitality fit-out projects.

* Developing competitive bid proposals.

* To work closely with Project Managers to ensure projects stay within budget.

* To conduct site visits.

Requirements:

* Previous experience in estimating within the hospitality kitchen and bar design and fit-out sectors.

* Good negotiation skills.

* Excellent interpersonal skills with a proven ability to establish and nurture relationships across all organisational levels.
