Bid Manager – Commercial Interiors
Our Client is looking for a proactive and detail-focused Bid Manager to join our Pre-Construction team. You’ll play a key role in pricing, estimating, and managing the tender process for glazed partitioning and commercial interior projects.
Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare accurate cost estimates and bids
* Analyse tender documents and produce BoQs
* Liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal teams
* Lead pre- and post-tender presentations
* Ensure smooth project handover to delivery teams
* Maintain CRM records and contribute to sales strategy
What We’re Looking For:
* Experience in estimating or commercial interiors
* Knowledge of Joinery, Drylining, Glazing or Furniture trade.
* Excellent organisational and communication skills
* Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
* Strong commercial awareness and attention to detail
* Experience with estimating software (e.g. Conquest – desirable)
