About the Role: A well-established fashion discount outlet, with over 22 stores across the south of the UK and more than 50 years in the industry, is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Store Assistant Manager for its Folkestone location. If you have a passion for retail, exceptional customer service skills, and a desire to help lead a team in a fast-paced environment, this opportunity could be for you!

Key Responsibilities:

* Support the Store Manager in day-to-day operations, driving store performance and ensuring smooth operations.

* Act as a brand ambassador by showcasing strong product knowledge and delivering excellent customer service.

* Lead and inspire the team, working together to meet sales targets with the opportunity to earn a performance-based monthly bonus.

Schedule:

* Full-time, Permanent (39 hours over 5 days)

* Monday: 8:30 am - 6:00 pm

* Tuesday: 8:30 am - 2:30 pm

* Wednesday: Day off

* Thursday: 8:30 am - 6:00 pm

* Friday: 8:30 am - 6:00 pm

* Saturday: Day off

* Sunday: 9:30 am - 4:30 pm
