Our client offers a full turnkey package, including feasibility studies, planning, manufacturing, and installation. These homes can be installed in various locations, including car parks, brownfield sites, and rooftops. They are energy-efficient, offer high-quality living environments, and are easy to maintain. The Role:
As a Senior Architect, you will play a pivotal role in designing and developing modular homes that blend aesthetics, functionality, and sustainability. You will lead architectural projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead the architectural design of modular homes from concept to completion.

* Work closely with engineers, designers, and project managers to create innovative and efficient designs.

* Ensure projects meet sustainability and environmental goals.

* Oversee planning applications, building regulations, and compliance.

* Mentor junior architects and contribute to the continuous improvement of design processes.

* Stay up to date with industry trends, materials, and modular construction technologies.

About the benefits / rewards:

The salary will be dependent on level of exposure to industry. The company offers excellent opportunities and offers a basic salary between £55,000 - £65,000.

Requirements:

* A degree in Architecture and relevant industry experience.

* Chartered status (RIBA/ARB or equivalent) preferred.

* Strong portfolio showcasing modular construction projects.

* Expertise in Revit, AutoCAD, and BIM software.

* In-depth knowledge of UK building regulations and sustainability standards.

* Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
