Our client is dedicated to providing sustainable solutions to clients across various industries. They offer a wide range of environmental services, including contaminated land assessment, ecology, geotechnical services, air quality, flood risk, and noise assessments.
Candidate Requirements for the role of Acoustic Consultant:
We are looking for a candidate with:
A degree in Acoustics, Environmental Science, or a related field.
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in acoustics within a UK based consultancy.
Experience using acoustic modelling software such as CadnaA, SoundPLAN, or similar.Role Responsibilities:
As an Acoustic Consultant, your responsibilities will include:
Conducting noise and vibration impact assessments for planning applications and compliance monitoring.
Delivering environmental noise surveys.
Room & building acoustics assessments.
Undertaking acoustic modelling using software such as CadnaA or .
Preparing high-quality technical reports and presenting findings to clients.
Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams on larger environmental projects.
