We are partnering with a leader in Marketing/Software space to support in their search for an Financial Planning and Analysis Manager. Working closely with senior stakeholders, the FP&A Manager will provide detailed analysis and insights to inform decision-making and improve financial outcomes. This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven individual to develop their FP&A expertise and contribute to a growing organisation by providing data-driven insights and recommendations to enhance financial performance and support business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Support the annual budgeting process, quarterly re-forecasts, and monthly performance reviews.

*

Build and maintain financial models to forecast revenue, costs, and capital requirements.

*

Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs, identify cost-saving opportunities, and provide business case analysis.

*

Prepare and deliver KPI reporting and variance analysis to identify trends and support decision-making.

*

Ensure accurate and timely reporting to track financial performance, producing insights for senior management.

*

Contribute to process improvements to enhance reporting accuracy and efficiency.

*

Leverage financial systems and tools to streamline reporting and maintain data integrity.

Ideally will be able to demonstrate the below experience;

*

ACA, ACCA, CIMA qualification (or Finalist) or equivalent experience.

*

Proven experience in financial analysis, budgeting, or reporting.

*

Strong Excel and financial modelling skills.

*

Familiarity with ERP systems and data visualization tools.

*

Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders.

*

Proactive, problem-solving approach and a commitment to continuous improvement.
