Are you a passionate Teaching Assistant looking to support young learners in a welcoming primary school? We are seeking a dedicated Year 3 Teaching Assistant to work in a supportive classroom environment in Yardley, B25. This full-time role offers a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience while making a real difference in children's education.

The Role:

Assisting the class teacher in delivering engaging lessons.
Supporting pupils' learning and development within the classroom.
Helping to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Providing one-to-one or small group support as needed.
Encouraging pupil engagement and confidence in their abilities.The Ideal Candidate:

Previous experience working in a primary school setting is desirable.
A patient and nurturing approach to working with children.
Good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
A passion for education and supporting young learners.
