Attega Group is currently partnering with our client in recruiting a Senior Engineer/Service Manager (Air Conditioning, Refrigeration and Chillers) to join the team.

The main purpose of this role is to oversee the maintenance, repair, and operational efficiency of Air Conditioning, Refrigeration and Chiller systems, ensuring they meet safety and performance standards. This role combines hands-on technical work with management responsibilities to ensure smooth service delivery.

In return, our client is offering a salary of up to £55k, depending on experience

Reporting to the Director your responsibilities will include:

Supervise and Support Technicians
Quality Control and Compliance
Client Management
Scheduling and Resource Allocation
Training and Development
Reporting and Documentation 
Service, Repair and Maintenance of Air Conditioning, Refrigeration and Chiller systems, as and when required

The ideal candidate:

Will come with a minimum of 8 years experience
To have worked with a wide variety of equipment
To have worked with multiple manufacturers equipment in Air Con, Refrigeration and Chillers
To be able to demonstrate a history of man management and/or supervisory control
Must have a driving license
Must hold FGAS
NVQ level 3, or Bachelors degree/HND in HVAC preferable
