A company committed to leading the change to a more sustainable future is currently hiring a Service Advisor. The successful candidate will deliver outstanding customer service to both internal and external customers by way of exceptional communication.
The Service Advisor will:
Assist in maintaining a daily flow of quality job cards to Administration for costing/invoicing.
Raise job cards for each vehicle, ensuring that all required supporting documentation/checks have been completed and recorded
Support and maintain customer service schedules, MOT and O License requirements.
Ensure Service / Inspection Documentation is correctly completed, and customer defect procedures adhered to.
Validate & update DMS marketing records for existing customers or create record for new customers
The Service Advisor will have:
Technical awareness of motor vehicles, analytical and administrative skills.
Ability to use all appropriate modules of the DMS, particularly workshop loading and point of sale
HGV environment/experience around cars
Ability to monitor and maintain quality and productivity; works in a systematic, methodical and orderly way; consistently achieves project goals.
MS office skills.
Can do attitude, right mindset.
