Are you an experienced Electrical Maintenance Engineer looking to work in a world-class commercial environment? Join our team at a high-profile office building in Canary Wharf, where you’ll play a crucial role in maintaining and optimizing essential electrical systems.

Your Role:
? Perform planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive repairs on electrical systems.
? Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems, including lighting, power distribution, and critical infrastructure.
? Ensure all work meets health & safety regulations and building compliance standards.
? Support facilities and building services teams with electrical operations.
? Maintain accurate maintenance records and reports.

What You Need:
✅ NVQ Level 3 Electrical Qualification or equivalent (City & Guilds 2360/2330/2391).
✅ 18th Edition Wiring Regulations certification.
✅ Proven experience in electrical maintenance within commercial or critical environments.
✅ Strong understanding of building services and health & safety protocols.
✅ Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive and flexible mindset.
