We are seeking skilled and safety-driven individuals with CPCS certifications and solid experience in the construction industry.

Key Responsibilities

* Slinging and Signaling: Safely sling and signal loads for cranes, ensuring all operations are in line with CPCS and industry standards.

* Crane Supervision: Oversee crane operations on-site, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and industry best practices.

* Team Coordination: Communicate effectively with crane operators, ground workers, and site personnel to plan and execute lifts smoothly and safely.

* Equipment Inspections: Conduct pre-use inspections of all lifting equipment to ensure it is in optimal working condition.

* Documentation: Maintain accurate records and documentation for all lifting operations, ensuring full compliance with company policies and regulations.

What We’re Looking For

* CPCS Certifications: Valid CPCS Slinger and CPCS Crane Supervisor certifications are required.

* Experience: Proven experience in slinging and supervising crane operations within the construction or industrial sectors.

* Health & Safety Knowledge: Strong understanding of lifting safety regulations and the ability to assess and mitigate risks on-site.

* Communication Skills: Excellent teamwork and communication skills to ensure coordination across all site personnel.

* Quick Decision-Making: Ability to think on your feet, make quick decisions, and adapt to changing circumstances to maintain safety and efficiency.

Day-to-Day Tasks

* Coordinate with crane operators and ground workers to plan and execute safe, efficient lifts.

* Perform thorough pre-use inspections of all lifting equipment.

* Ensure safe working conditions by effectively managing lift plans and coordinating with the site team.

* Maintain detailed documentation and records for all lifting operations.
