Description
Key responsibilities consist of:
Lead and manage the Telesales team to deliver exceptional service.
Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures.
Providing continuous assistance to team members handling orders, complaints, and delivery challenges.
Generating regular reports for senior management to track sales and identify slow-moving items.
Maintaining frequent communication with customers via email, phone, or in-person visits to nurture relationships and resolve any concerns.
Conducting an annual customer satisfaction survey, analysing feedback, and implementing improvement strategies based on the results.
Handle complex customer service issues and oversee resolution.
Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve company objectives.
Conduct regular team meetings to ensure sales targets are met.
Deliver exceptional customer service to maintain client satisfaction.
Provide coaching and training to team members to enhance their skills.
Handle escalated customer complaints in a professional and efficient manner.
Generate reports on sales metrics and present them to senior management.
Collaborate with the marketing team to identify new sales opportunities.Profile
A successful Telesales Manager should have:
Have a minimum of 3 years' experience working in a customer managerial position
Strong abilities to communicate with team
Have strong leadership skills and have the ability to motivate and direct other team members
Have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Have strong attention to detail
Work well within a fast-paced environment
Proven experience in a telesales or customer service role within the Transport & Distribution industry.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.Job Offer
An estimated salary range of £29,700 - £34,300 per annum.
