Dartford/London | Monday - Friday | 8 am - 5 pm

GH Engage are partnered with a medium sized facilities & building services provider who are seeking an exceptional Technical Contract Manager, based in Dartford and managing sites throughout London.

The successful applicant will have a background in HVAC/mechanical engineering maintenance, ideally within commercial/corporate facilities.

We are looking to speak to candidates with the following experience:

3+ years of experience in a Contract Manager role or similar.
Experience in the commercial building maintenance; familiar with industry standards for health & safety, and excellence.
Engineering qualifications in a mechanical/HVAC discipline.
P&L experience with budgets of £2m+
Compliance; logbooks & RAMS, ISO audits.
Quoting remedials & extra works.

The successful candidate will be rewarded with excellent benefits, including;
