We’re seeking a talented IT Technician to provide exceptional 1st and 2nd line support to our client’s users. You’ll play a vital role in keeping the technology running smoothly and ensuring the team can work efficiently.

What You’ll Do:

* Serve as the first point of contact for IT support inquiries, resolving issues via phone, email, and in-person

* Troubleshoot hardware and software problems, guiding users through solutions

* Assist with the installation and configuration of new equipment and software

* Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and user satisfaction

* Provide training and support to users on various IT systems and tools

What We’re Looking For:

* Experience in a 1st and 2nd line support role or similar IT position

* Strong understanding of Windows Operating Systems and common applications

* Understanding Networks (LAN & Wireless)

* Excellent communication skills, with a customer-focused approach

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team

* Ability to learn new technologies quickly
