Key Responsibilities:

Develop detailed and precise cost estimates for railway and civil engineering projects, including track construction, signaling, earthworks, and infrastructure improvements.
Review project plans, specifications, and other relevant documents to prepare accurate estimates.
Collaborate with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to gather necessary data and insights.
Analyze labor, material, and equipment costs, as well as project risks and potential cost-saving opportunities.
Assist in preparing competitive bids and tender submissions for a variety of projects.
Stay updated on industry trends, pricing, and technological advancements to enhance estimating accuracy.What Our Client is Looking For:

Proven experience as an Estimator in the railway or civil engineering sectors.
Strong knowledge of railway infrastructure, civil engineering standards, and construction processes.
Excellent analytical, mathematical, and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in estimation software and MS Office Suite.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to present complex data clearly.
