A leading global travel company (household name) seek an experienced and motivated Tag Management Platform Technical Analyst who has experience in QA from a data perspective, with clear Tag Management use-cases for Marketing.

* Tag Management Platform Technical Analyst.

* London (2 / 3 days in the office).

* Duration: 12 months contract.

* Based on a salary of £58,000.

* OR £260 per day INSIDE IR35.

Industry-specific nice to have experience:

* Knowledge of Tagging and Tracking infrastructures or Tag Management experience and knowledge.

* Experience working with large complex databases.

Key attributes for success within the Tag Management Platform Technical Analyst position:

* Proactive, self-starter - able to troubleshoot and get stuck into problem solving in a fast-paced environment.

* Good documentation and organization skills - able to plan testing periods and document them thoroughly (QA from a data perspective).

* Good communicator - able to breakdown issues for stakeholders to more quickly understand and investigate potential causes.

Functional activities for the Tag Management Platform Technical Analyst position:

* Collaborate with Program leads to devise and execute testing plans.

* Perform testing communication and ad hoc testing for BAU tagging and bug resolution.

* Monitor tagging logs and channel tag-related reporting daily.

Technical skills for the Tag Management Platform Technical Analyst:

* Proficiency in MS Excel.

* Familiarity with SQL, web analytics tools (Adobe, Google Analytics, etc), Tableau, and other data query or reporting tools.

* Experience with Google Chrome inspect tools or equivalent on additional browsers.

* Exposure to JavaScript and understanding of different request types (POST, GET).

* Prior work with a Tag Management Platform (e.g., Tag Commander, Tealium, Ensighten, or Google Tag Manager).
