Premier Work Support are excited to be recruiting for Trainee Research & Development Technicians for a prestigious IT client who are part of a Global Company based in Crawley.

This opportunity is designed to give you ownership of your career aspirations, supported by training and practical experience to help you succeed. You will be part of the R&D team working with experienced support technicians and systems administrators. You will commence your employment by undertaking a two year recognised programme designed to develop your skill set, fuel your ambition, and provide in depth training!

Key Responsibilities:

As a Trainee R&D Technician, you will work as a part of a team, supported by skilled and experienced individuals who are motivated to train and coach you on all aspects of interacting with our worldwide customer base.
Troubleshooting complex technical issues across intricate environments. Personal Attributes:

Manage your time effectively.Must have Qualifications:

7 GCSEs (or equivalent) at grades 9-5 or A-C including Maths and English
3 A Levels (or equivalent) at grades A*-B in a mathematical or science subject (e.g. Maths, Physics, Chemistry, Computer Science)Benefits:

Salary increases to £24K at end of year 1 plus a second increment at end of year 2 to £28K (subject to achieving goals).
Holiday entitlement starting at 25 days incrementing from year 4 by 1 day per full year up to a maximum of 33 days (excluding public holidays).
