Our client is looking to appoint a People Advisor to join their team.  As a People Advisor, you will be an integral member of the People Team.

Key Role Responsibilities

Championing and maintaining a culture of client service excellence; ensuring that the expectations and requirements of the department’s clients are delivered upon. 
Analysing the data available, to make swift, decisive and effective decisions, to deliver the most appropriate outcome within your business area.
Ensuring a culture of a positive approach to Policy, Compliance and Risk Management is being championed and progressed within your business area.
Providing an easy and enjoyable client (customer) experience (internal and external), each and every time
Ensuring that all documentation and records that are created and maintained by your business area are complete, accurate and aligned with any required standards.
Striving for a culture of performance delivery and success.
You will need;

Previous relevant experience is preferred, however transferable skills may also be considered
Good communication skills
Good attention to detail
Full UK driving licence required
