We are delighted to be working with a well-established and reputable business who are looking to recruit an Administrator for a 12 week period to be the first point of contact for the students and team members, providing advice and guidance relating to student matters.
As an Administrator, you will be working a 36.5 hour week within a temporary assignment of 12 weeks, with the possibility of extension.
Your roles and responsibilities include:
. Managing all course administration and dealing with all correspondence
. Supporting extra-curricular activities
. Arranging cover for teacher absences
. Assisting with coordinating exams
The ideal candidate will have:
. Experience working in an administration role within a higher education setting
. Good knowledge in using Microsoft Office
. Be organised and have good attention to detail
