Teaching Tomorrow, an education specialist in Milton Keynes are looking for primary teachers to work across key stage 1 and key stage 2 immediately.

The ideal candidate will inspire young learners, work across different schools in the area and deliver a high standard of education across Key Stage 1, Key Stage 2 as a primary supply teacher.

This role requires a commitment to helping schools on a day-to-day, short-term or long-term basis, depending on what you are looking for. We have a great relationship with primary schools in the Milton Keynes area, giving primary teachers a variety of paths for work.

Responsibilities

- Create a stimulating classroom environment that encourages student participation and fosters creativity.
- Communicate effectively with students and colleagues to ensure a collaborative approach to education.
- Maintain classroom discipline while promoting respect and understanding among students.
- Organise extracurricular activities that enhance the educational experience and promote social skills.
- Stay updated with educational best practices and participate in professional development opportunities.

Requirements

- A recognised teaching qualification (PGCE, QTS) is essential.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage students effectively.
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for working with children.
- Ability to adapt teaching styles to meet the needs of all learners in the classroom.
- Experience in using technology as an educational tool is advantageous.
