As a Workforce Planner, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining the Strategic Workforce Planning models and processes, which will help us identify and meet our future resourcing needs. You will also collaborate with various stakeholders, such as HR Business Partners, Strategy, Technical Training, and external organisations, to understand and analyse the labour market trends and forecasts.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a high level of numeracy and statistics, advanced MS Excel skills, and experience in workforce planning within a large organisation. You will also need to have good communication, interpersonal, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
